| Story |
The planet is dying. It's very life, the Lifestream, being processed
into a type of energy called MAKO energy. The Shinra Inc.'s reactors is
the source of the planet's suffering. It may be tomorrow or in a 100
years but the planet will die.
Cloud Strife, formerly of SOLDIER is now a mercenary who would take on
any job until he is hired by AVALANCHE, a group of a few people who are
willing to see to the downfall of Shinra. However, Cloud is unaware that
this tiny rebellion will lead to a journey, placing the fate of the
planet in his hands.
