Items aren’t everything in Medievil but they are needed. This guide covers most Items.

Items General are stuff like coins and others. Runes are keys, which are needed to open doors and other stuff. Items story wise are Items, which are needed in a particular level.

Weapons: Check Weapons Guide

Chalices: Check Chalice Guide

Life Bottles: Check Life Bottles Guide

Energy Fountains: Found in most levels; heal about 1000 points of hp (3 life bottles worth)

Energy Vials: Found in most levels; heal about 200 hp (2/3rds of a life bottle worth)

Bag of Coins: A sack with 10 coins.

Chest of Coins: A Chest with 50 coins.

Moon Rune: A blue rune in some levels. Has a circle on it.

Star Rune: A yellow rune in some levels. Has a star on it.

Chaos Rune: A green rune in some levels. Has a pattern on it.

Earth Rune: A brown rune in some levels. Has a sphere on it.

Time Rune: An aqua rune in some levels. Has a hourglass on it.

Witch Talisman (Optional): Found in Cemetery Hill. Used to Summon Witches.

Sheet Music: Found in The Hilltop Mausoleum. Give to the skeleton on the piano.

Skull Key: Found in The Hilltop Mausoleum. Use on the gate in Return to the Graveyard

Harvest Piece: Found in Scarecrow Fields. Use on the harvester in the barn.

Amber (Optional): Found in The Ant Caves. You need to collect 7 pieces to please the witch, any less and you won’t get the chicken drumstick.

Landlord’s Bust: Found in The Sleeping Village. Used with the Crucifix Cast to make the Crucifix.

Crucifix Cast: Found in the Sleeping Village. Used with the Landlord’s Bust to make the Crucifix.

Crucifix: Made from Landlord’s Bust and Crucifix Cast. Used on the empty crucifix in the church of Sleeping Village.

Safe Key: Found in The Sleeping Village. Used on the safe in the mayor’s house.

Shadow Artefact: Found in The Sleeping Village. Used to unlock the shadow demons in The Enchanted Earth.

Shadow Talisman: Found in The Enchanted Earth. Used in The Enchanted Earth on the gate with lightning.

Dragon Gem I: Found in The Pumpkin Serpent. Used in The Crystal Caves to awake the Dragon.

Dragon Gem II: Found in Inside The Asylum. Used in The Crystal Caves to awake the Dragon.

Soul Helmet: Found in Pools Of The Ancient Dead. You need to get seven for the boat owner to take you to The Lake.

King Peregrin’s Crown: Found in The Haunted Ruins. Use it in The Haunted Ruins on King Peregrin’s throne to summon him.
