 Title Deed Trading Sequence
This is a very simple trading sequence, but it requires all three transformation masks. There's no ultimate prize, but all in all you'll be rewarded with 5 Pieces of Heart and 200 rupees.
Moon's Tear for Land Title Deed:
You have already done this at least once. Go the Astral Observatory and look through the telescope at the Skull Kid. When the Moon's Tear falls, retrieve it and trade it to the Deku in South Clock Town.
Land Title Deed for Swamp Title Deed:
Take the Land Title Deed to the Deku in the swamp, outside the Tour booth. Talk to him as normal Link and he won't try to push any of his wares on you, but will rather insist on giving you his choice piece of real-estate.
Swamp Title Deed for Mountain Title Deed:
By now the pattern should be becoming obvious. There’s another Deku with a tedious enterprise outside the Goron Shrine. Talk to him as a Deku and he’ll be reminded of home on the swamp. Swap Deeds and carry on.
Mountain Title Deed for Ocean Title Deed:
This time the Deku is in Lulu’s dressing room. What on earth he’s doing trying to make a business selling things in there is none of our business, so just talk to him as a Goron and make the trade.
Ocean Title Deed for Canyon Title Deed and 200 Rupees:
There’s the last Deku right outside Sakon’s hideout in the canyon. It’s very scenic, overlooking the river and that nice ledge off in the distance with a heart piece on it. Talk to him as a Zora to get him thinking about good ol’ Great Bay. Finalize the deal and that’s all there is to it.
