Wes

Your character is a former criminal, but he has apparently changed his ways as he takes on a quest to rid the world of evil Pokemon by using the snagging device he ripped off from his x-criminal buddies.

Yoki

Wes saves her from some goonies and now he’s stuck with her. But she has the ability to tell the difference between normal Pokemon and Shadow Pokemon, so the bad guys don’t want her hanging around.

Willie

This is the guy you get to have your first friendly Double Battle with. All the Battles are double though. As you progress through the game, you can re-battle him several times.

Nascour

This is the guy bent on creating evil Pokemon because, well, he’s evil. He is very secretive about the whole thing, but you know he’s behind it, all thanks to cut-scenes!

Mirror B

Okay lets get this over with right away: the guy’s a freak. He’s the first big baddie that Nascour throws at you, but you have to question his taste for hiring somebody who has a split color affro and a yellow spandex suit. Actually nobody knows for sure if he’s a girl or a boy.

Cail

Like Willie, you can re-battle this trainer several times as you play through the game. The first time you battle he has a Shadow Pokemon, but after you Snag it, he becomes just another friendly trainer.

Silva

This guy is on your side. He always manages to get himself caught while you’re working on something, but he is strongly opinionated to the fact that Shadow Pokemon are very bad.

Gonzap

The head of Team Snaggem, whose base you blew up after stealing the snag device from them. He’s rather pissed at you for doing that, so don’t be surprised if he catches up with you somewhere along the way. Just watch out for his facial hair, it has a mind of its own.
