 Crew List
After you get Enrique to join your party, you'll find yourself captain of your own ship. With so much more space than the Little Jack, and so much more stuff, you have plenty of need and room to hire a crew. Each crewmember adds some benefit to your ship when you have them in the active slot, and there are two of each job. There are a total of eleven different jobs and twenty-two crewmembers.

Helmsman
Adds 30 to the ships Quick.
Pay him 10,000 gold outside the Sailor's Guild on Sailor's Island. Pay him again when you get to your base.
Don
Helmsman
Adds 15 to the ships Dodge %.
Talk to him at the bar in Esperanza after coming back from Yafutoma.
Hans
Engineer
Adds 20 to the ships Magic Defense
Talk to him in Horteka both before and after you go to Yafutoma.
Brabham
Engineer
Adds 20 to the ship's Defense
Automatically joins after he finishes building your base.

Increases damage done by Main Cannons
Talk to him at the Nasrad Port after the Valuan's attack.

Increases damage done by Secondary Cannons
Talk to her at your base right next to the save point.

Talk to her in Nasrad after the Valuan's attack.

Talk to her in Maramba after returning from Yafutoma.

Talk to her at the construction site after you go down the waterfall in Yafutoma.

Increases the power of the Moon Stone Cannon.
He joins automatically after he finishes building your base.

Crew Command- Maxes out one character's MP. (6 SP)
Talk to her behind the bar in the tavern on Sailor's Island.
Urala

Crew Command- Maxes out the ship's SP. (15 SP)
Talk to her at the restaurant in Yafutoma after Kirala joins your crew.
Ryu-kan

Crew Command- Raises the ship's Attack and Defense for a short time.
Talk to him on his island far to the north of Tenkou after you beat the imposters (see Wanted List) and restore your rank.

Crew Command- Raises your ships attributes for a short while.
Talk to him on his island north of Valua (look above the clouds). If any of your party know the spell Riselem he will join if you leave and then talk to him again.

Crew Command- Doubles the ship's SP. (8 SP)
Examine the two front cubbyholes on your ship's bridge right after you get it.

Crew Command- Reduces the cost of Spirit Point actions for a turn (8 SP)
Talk to him in the Dark Rift after Polly joins your crew.
Merida

Increases the value of the ship
Talk to her at the Inn in Horteka after chasing away the Valuans. She will only join if you found her note on the red balloon at the Sailor's Island lighthouse.

Talk to the children playing with the dog on Pirate Isle.
