 Heart Pieces
Heart Piece 1
Location: Forsaken Fortress
Near the cell there will be a bundle of barrels. Destroy them with Bombs to reveal a switch. Press this switch to open up the cell door. Obtain the Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 2
Location: Star Island
Destroy the large boulder on Star Island and fall through the revealed hole. Defeat all the enemies to reveal the Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 3
Location: Cresent Moon Island
With a Treasure Chart obtained from Dragon Roost Island, find the Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 4
Location: Seven Star Islands
Defeat the Big Octo in this area to obtain the Heart Piece
Heart Piece 5
Location: Spectacle Island
Play and beat the Cannon Game on Spectacle Island to obtain the Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 6
Location: Windfall Island
Play Salvatore's Squid Hunter game. Your reward will be a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 7
Location: Windfall Island
Win the Hide and Seek game with the Killer Bees. Find all 4 children and you will obtain the Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 8
Location: Windfall Island
After sunset, visit the Auction House and beat all the other bidders to obtain the Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 9
Location: Windfall Island
With a camera (sidequest), take a picture of a woman in the orange dress in Windfall Island. Eventually a man in green will walk by, when their eyes meet take a picture of both of them. During the night, talk to the woman at the cafe and you will obtain a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 10
Location: Overworld
Complete the Trading Sequence.
Heart Piece 11
Location: Windfall Island
Talk to Maggie and you will recieve a letter to deliver to her friend Moe. Mail the letter then go back to her. A mailman will get sent away by Maggie's father. Find the mailman at the cafe and talk to him. Take the letter back to Maggie and you will obtain a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 12
Location: Windfall Island
Using Wind's Requiem change the direction of wind to go north. Switch on the windmill with the switch. Ride the windmill and shoot a Fire Arrow into the lighthouse. After talking to the man on the second floor of the lighthouse, you will obtain a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 13
Location: Windfall Island
Equip the Deku Leaf and float to the chest on a small island that was revealed by the light of the lighthouse. Inside the chest you will receive a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 14
Location: Windfall Island
Notice the flower holders spread out in Windfall Island. Place a flower in all 14 of them and talk to a man sitting on the bench to recieve a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 15
Location: Pawprint Island
Crawl into the dome and drop through the hole inside and open the chest.
Heart Piece 16
Location: Pawprint Island
Use a Treasure Chart from the Tower of the Gods to reveal the hidden spot of a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 17
Location: Dragon Roost Island
Sort 25 letters in the mail sorting game. Exit and return to the island later and talk to the man at the counter and sort another 25. You will obtain a letter to deliver, after delivering you will obtain a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 18
Location: Dragon Roost Island
After getting 20 Golden Feathers, give them to the Rito Man. Check your mail later to obtain a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 19
Location: Flight Control Platform
Successfully fly across the area and reach the goal to obtain a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 20
Location: Rock Spire Island
Buy this Heart Piece from Super Beedle.
Heart Piece 21
Location: Rock Spire Island
Defeat the two ships in the area to obtain the Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 22
Location: Rock Spire Island
Give 20 Skull Necklaces to the rich man inside the auction heart after your second visit to the Forsaken Fortress. Use the treasure chart to reveal the place where you can obtain a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 23
Location: Triangle Island
Defeat the Giant Octo in this area to obtain a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 24
Location: Three-Eye Reef
Use a Treasure Chart won in Windfall auction to reveal where you can find another Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 25
Location: Great Fish Island
With a Deku Leaf equipped, glide to the treasure chest to obtain a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 26
Location: Six-Eye Reef
Go into the submarine in the Six-Eye Reef area. Your reward for getting rid of all the monsters is a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 27
Location: Thorned Fairy Island
With the Treasure Chart from the Wind Temple reveal where you can find a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 28
Location: Needle Rock Island
Using a Hyoi Pear take control of a seagull. Flick the switch at the top of the spire and you will be able to obtian a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 29
Location: Stone Watcher Island
Around the Stone Watcher area, there should be a platform. Destroy all the cannons in the platform to obtain a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 30
Location: Bomb Island
Destroy the boulder to reveal a hole. Drop down and throw the magtails into the pools of fire to be able to reach the Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 31
Location: Bomb Island
Use the Treasure Chart from the Earth Temple to reveal the location of a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 32
Location: Diamond Steppe Island
Use the Treasure Chart from the Squid Hunting Mini Game in Windfall to reveal the location of a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 33
Location: Southern Fairy Island
Use the Treasure Chart bought from Beedle to reveal a location of the Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 34
Location: Forest Haven
After you find the Forbidden Woods you will find a Heart Piece in your mail.
Heart Piece 35
Location: Forest Haven
Talking to the Deku Tree reveals the location of Withering Trees. Use the water from the Forest Haven on them to revive. Remember to do this under 20 minutes. You will eventually obtain a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 36
Location: Forest Haven
Use the Treasure Chart from the Tower of the Gods to reveal the location of a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 37
Location: Outset Island
Fall through the hole on west Outset Island. Defeat enemies on 50 floors to be able to reach a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 38
Location: Outset Island
After you obtain the ability to carry heavy objects. Pick up the big pig and travel up to the peak of a mountain by the bridge. Throwing bait on the ground and having the pig dig at the summit will reveal a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 39
Location: Outset Island
Defeat Orca by dueling him and he will give you a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 40
Location: Headstone Island
Use a Hyoi Pear to take control of a seagull. Fly to the top of Headstone mountain and grab the Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 41
Location: Angular Islands
On the island, pull out the blocks to create a stair way to reach the top of the island. You will obtain a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 42
Location: Angular Islands
Use the Tresure Chart from the Forbidden Woods to reveal the location of a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 43
Location: Five-Star Islands
Locate the submarine and defeat all the enemies inside it. You will obtain a Heart Piece.
Heart Piece 44
Location: Five-Star Islands
Use a Treasure Chart to reveal the location of a Heart Piece.
